Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and a copy of your packing slip.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
